1. Order Processing:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delays may occur during peak seasons or for bulk orders; we will notify you of significant delays.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking details (if available) upon dispatch.

  • Business Days: Sunday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Nepal.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following delivery options for orders within Nepal:

A. Standard Shipping (Smaller Orders):

  • Carrier: Third-party freight services or couriers.

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days from dispatch (varies by location).

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Flat rates or free shipping promotions may apply for qualifying orders.

B. Bulk Order Shipping (Dedicated Truck):

  • Eligibility: For high-volume orders, subject to route feasibility.

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after coordination with our team.

  • Cost: Quoted separately during order confirmation (based on distance/volume).

C. Local Pickup:

  • Address: Vumi Industries, Pakhapani-1, Bhalubang, Dang, Nepal.

  • Hours: Sunday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (NST), excluding holidays.

  • Requirements: Valid ID and order confirmation must be presented.

3. Shipping Zones:

  • We currently ship to most regions in Nepal. Contact us at VumiIndustries@gmail.com if your location presents logistical challenges.

  • International Shipping: Not available at this time.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Third-Party Couriers: Tracking numbers (if available) are provided in shipping confirmations.

  • Dedicated Truck Deliveries: Our team will directly update you on delivery status.

5. Product Handling & Liability

Packaging: Chemical cleaning agents are securely packaged per industry safety standards.

Customer Responsibility: Upon delivery, you assume full responsibility for:

  • Safe handling, storage, and use per product labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

  • Compliance with all safety guidelines.

  • Vumi Industries disclaims liability for damages caused by improper post-delivery handling.

6. Undeliverable Packages:

Packages may be returned due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete addresses.

  • Recipient refusal or failure to claim within the carrier’s timeframe.

  • Reshipment: Requires customer confirmation of correct address and payment of reshipping fees.

7. Damaged or Lost Goods

Inspection: Examine products immediately upon delivery.

Damage Claims: Notify us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number.

  • Photos of damaged packaging and products.

  • We will facilitate replacements/refunds per our Refund Policy.

Lost Shipments: Contact us if your order exceeds the estimated delivery window. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve case-by-case.

8. Policy Modifications:

  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
