Business Days: Sunday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Nepal.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following delivery options for orders within Nepal:

B. Bulk Order Shipping (Dedicated Truck):

C. Local Pickup:

5. Product Handling & Liability

6. Undeliverable Packages:
Packages may be returned due to:

Recipient refusal or failure to claim within the carrier’s timeframe.

Reshipment: Requires customer confirmation of correct address and payment of reshipping fees.
7. Damaged or Lost Goods
Inspection: Examine products immediately upon delivery.
Damage Claims: Notify us within 48 hours with:

Photos of damaged packaging and products.

We will facilitate replacements/refunds per our Refund Policy.
Lost Shipments: Contact us if your order exceeds the estimated delivery window. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve case-by-case.
